About the Scholarship

Dr. Lauren Gillespie’s lab at the School for Environment and Sustainability (SEAS), University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, seeks PhD students to begin in Fall 2026.

Her interdisciplinary research integrates AI methods, ecology, environmental science, GIS, and conservation decision-making to address the challenges of environmental change and improve ecological forecasting.
