About the Program

The Songhai/Mastercard Youth Agricultural Empowerment Scheme focuses on training and equiping over 3,000 young Nigerians, with a focus on 70% women, over the next three years. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of sustainable farming practices and modern agribusiness management, positioning them for success in the rapidly growing green economy.

This three-month intensive boot camp will provide practical, hands-on training in key agricultural fields, preparing participants to become farm managers, agro-entrepreneurs, and agricultural technicians.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, you must:

• Be between 18-35 years old
•  Have started an agricultural venture or be passionate about launching one
•  Be willing to relocate to Oyo, Ebonyi, or Owerri for the program
•  Have a support system to help implement your agricultural goals
