The individual must have an experience in Human resource to  join the growing team.

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
•  Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience, especially managing diverse teams across locations
•  Proficient in, or quick to learn, task/project management tools like ClickUp
•  Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
