Job Role
We’re on the lookout for a standout Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and loves bringing structure to complexity. You’ll be the engine driving the timely and successful delivery of projects internally and for our clients. Your organizational instincts, communication skills, and strategic insight will be key in helping us scale with precision and purpose.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys juggling multiple workstreams, liaising with cross-functional teams, and finding clarity in chaos. If you excel at aligning goals, tracking progress, and ensuring everyone is moving in sync. This opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end project execution, from kickoff to delivery
- Coordinate across functions like product, engineering, marketing, and client success
- Lead planning sessions, synthesize input into actionable roadmaps, and keep everyone on track
- Use tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project to oversee timelines, assign tasks, and track progress
- Monitor project health, adjust resources, and ensure deliverables meet our high standards
- Be the go-to communicator for updates, status reports, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure project objectives are aligned with company goals and client needs
- Maintain thorough documentation across all phases of project development
- Champion best practices in collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of trends and bring innovative thinking to project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in remote teams
- Solid grasp of agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, Microsoft Project)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Availability during U.S. business hours
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team collaborator
Additional Requirements
- PMP or similar certification
- Experience in high-growth startups or tech companies
- Background in client services or talent operations
