Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have secured or intend to accept an offer for an eligible postgraduate program at Edinburgh for the 2025–2026 academic session
- Be domiciled in one of the eligible countries listed
- Hold, or expect to earn, a first-class honours degree or its overseas equivalent
- Have not previously studied at the master’s level (priority consideration)
- Be committed to returning home to contribute to their country’s development post-graduation
- Have access to the MyEd portal for scholarship application submission
