Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a PhD, or be in the final phase of completing one (PhD must be completed before the fellowship start date).
  • Have no more than seven years of postdoctoral research experience, excluding career breaks.
  • Currently be working outside the UK.
  • Must not hold UK citizenship.
  • Demonstrate strong written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Provide a mutually beneficial research proposal agreed upon with a UK-based host researcher.
