About the AfDB Fashionomics Africa Program 2025

Now in its 4th edition, the Fashionomics Africa Incubator and Accelerator Programs empower fashion entrepreneurs in the textile, apparel, and accessories industries.

The initiative which was launched by the African Development Bank Group seeks to promote eco-conscious fashion, support circular economy models, and help African creatives scale their impact-driven brands.

Participants will receive:

1. Hands-on mentorship from industry leaders.
2.  Access to funding and visibility opportunities.
3.  Tools for sustainable business growth
4. A chance to join a vibrant pan-African community of innovators

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the AfDB Fashionomics Africa Program 2025, you must:

• Be a fashion entrepreneur (textile, clothing, or accessories) based in Africa
• Be 18 years or older
•  Own a business (formal or informal) with up to 50 employees
•  Have produced sustainable or circular fashion designs in the last 5 years
•  Be able to demonstrate your eco-friendly business model and innovation.

Note:

• If you have 0–3 years of business experience, apply for the Incubator Program
•  If you have 3+ years of experience, apply for the Accelerator Program
