Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must:

Be a citizen of a country outside the EU or EFTA.
Hold the necessary academic qualifications for a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral program.
Be prepared to take a Romanian language preparatory course if your program is not taught in English.

What the Scholarship Covers

Recipients of the ARICE Scholarship will receive:

Exemption from registration and application processing fees
Full tuition coverage, including the Romanian language preparatory year if needed
Monthly stipend during preparatory, undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies
Free accommodation in student dormitories
Emergency medical care and access to healthcare for certain diseases
Free public and local transportation
