Eligibility Criteria

• Be registered full-time undergraduate students in Nigerian tertiary institutions.
• Be 100-level students at the time of application.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to apply:

• 200-level students and above
• Current beneficiaries of similar scholarships from other organizations
• Dependents of OANDO personnel
• Applicants who are not from OANDO Host/Transit Communities (for the Host Communities Merit Award)
• Students not studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences, or Agricultural Sciences (for the National Merit Award)

• Before starting the application, ensure you have clearly scanned copies of the following documents:.
• Recent passport photograph (white background, not older than 6 months, 450px by 450px, max 200kb)
• School ID card
• O’level certificate
• Admission letter
• Birth certificate
• Proof of Local Government Area of Origin
• Letter from Community Paramount Ruler (Host Communities Merit Award applicants only)
• Letter from CDC Chairman (Host Communities Merit Award applicants only)
• JAMB result

• Aptitude test details will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
• Candidates must cover their own transportation costs to test centers.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
• Applicants scoring below 50% in the aptitude test will not be considered.
• Test results will be published on notice boards at NNPC OANDO locations.

Note: Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.

• Obtaining an NIN is not required to complete the application
