- ScottishPower are launching a new call for the ScottishPower International Masters Scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year!
- Through the ScottishPower Masters Scholarship Programme, the company is looking to develop a new generation of people with enthusiasm for learning, desire to innovate, and aspiration to transform the energy industry.
- This programme, which is aimed at graduates and final-year students, aims to promote excellence in the training of new generations and foster the employability of young people in sectors of the future.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the ScottishPower Masters Scholarship, you must:
- Be a graduate or a final-year student
- Applicants must be in possession of, or expect to receive, a Bachelor with Honours at a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) or Master’s degree from a recognised university on submission of the application.
- If the applicant is still in the final year of the academic course 2024-2025, the grant will be contingent upon the applicant securing the university degree at the determined level at the end of the academic cycle in June/July 2025.
- Must first submit an application to the UK University they wish to attend.
- Applications submitted by students who have not submitted an application will be rejected.
- Persons must not be receiving any remuneration, wages or be in receipt of any scholarship, financial aid or other award of a similar nature from institutions and public or private foundations during the period that the scholarship is awarded for.
- have not been previously awarded a scholarship by ScottishPower, the ScottishPower Foundation or any of the other companies within the Iberdrola group.
Benefits of ScottishPower Scholarship
The ScottishPower Scholarship will provide the following;

- A monthly payment of £1,200 per month

- Assistance with identifying an industry related project to assist with their academic studies
