Internship Benefits

• Compensation: Interns will receive a competitive hourly wage of $17.50 per hourin accordance with Washington, D.C.’s minimum wage.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program.

• Strong organizational skillsand a commitment to progressive policy values.
• Availability to work from and commute to the Washington, D.C., office at least two days per week.

Internship Responsibilities

Interns will be expected to take on the following tasks:

• Conduct in-depth research on pressing national security issues.
• Draft and edit memos, reports, and event summaries.
• Provide administrative support for events and policy discussions.
• Attend and report on policy meetings, seminars, and hearings.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned.
