Eligibility Requirements for the 2025 WAAW Scholarship

To qualify, applicants must be:

• Female students of African origin, living and studying in Africa
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
• Studying a STEM-related course at a recognized university or college in Africa
• In their 1st or 2nd year, or 3rd year of a 5-year program
• Able to demonstrate financial need
• Maintaining an excellent academic record
• Actively involved in leadership, volunteerism, or community service
• Below 32 years of age
