Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 2026 France Government Eiffel Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be non-French nationals (foreign students only).
  • Be 27 years or younger for Master’s programs.
  • Be 32 years or younger for Doctoral programs.
  • Not be recipients of any other French government scholarship at the time of application.
  • Meet admission requirements for a recognized French university or research institution.

  • Step 1:
    Apply for admission to a recognized French educational institution or research organization.
  • Contact the International Relations Department of your chosen institution to confirm application procedures and deadlines.
  • You may also seek guidance from Espace Campus France in your country or the French Embassy’s Cultural Action Department.
  • Step 2:
    If your institution accepts and supports your Eiffel Scholarship application, it will submit it online via the Campus France platform.

Note: Students cannot apply directly. Only French institutions can submit applications on behalf of candidates.
