Stanbic IBTC has announced the 2025 edition of its University Scholarship, designed to encourage academic excellence and support Nigerian undergraduates.

The scholarship is part of the organisation’s commitment to youth empowerment and education.

Scholarship Overview

The Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship is open to students who:

• Sat for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
• Scored a minimum of 250 in the exam.
• Have gained admission into any State or Federal University in Nigeria.

This initiative seeks to reward hard work and support the dreams of Nigerian youths by covering part of their academic expenses.

Application Deadline

Closing Date: Tuesday, 16 September 2025, by 11:59 PM.

Any extension of the deadline will be announced on Stanbic IBTC’s official platforms.

Requirements

Applicants must provide the following documents:

• A recent passport photograph.
• A valid ID card (NIN slip, voter’s card, birth certificate, or international passport).
• 2024 UTME result slip with a score of 250 and above.

Eligibility

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be Nigerian citizens.
• Have participated in the 2024 UTME.
• Have secured admission into a Nigerian State or Federal University.
