Job Description: Head Teacher /School Principal Position

We are seeking a results-driven, passionate educator to lead our school with integrity and vision. The ideal candidate will inspire both students and staff, foster academic excellence, and promote a nurturing Christian environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong academic, spiritual, and administrative leadership
• Review, update, and implement school curriculum and programs
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and faith-centered school culture
• Supervise, mentor, and support teachers and staff development
• Drive student success, wellbeing, and character formation
• Strengthen relationships with parents, students, and the wider community
• Oversee daily school operations, resources, and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
• Valid teaching certification with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience
• Proven leadership, management, and organizational skills
• A strong personal Christian faith and active commitment to Christian values
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
