About the Role

In advertising and creative agencies, a Traffic Executive (also known here as Traction Manager) plays a mission-critical role in operations. You’ll act as the central coordinator between departments — keeping everything on track, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping the team execute big, bold ideas with clarity and speed.

Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes force that brings creative visions to life — a bridge between the brainstorming and the execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department leads to assign tasks and follow up on progress
  • Monitor project milestones and keep deliverables on track
  • Utilize project management tools (like Trello, Notion, or Microsoft Teams Planner) to maintain workflow
  • Identify delays or obstacles in the project timeline and work with the team to resolve them
  •  Maintain a clear and organized system for tracking assignments and deadlines
  • Support a culture of speed, efficiency, and excellence in execution
Eligibility & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  1. Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. in Project Management or a related discipline (e.g., Business Admin, Mass Communication, etc.)
  2. Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or managing internal tasks in a creative or tech environment is highly desirable
