Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Émile Boutmy Scholarship 2026, applicants must:

  • Be first-time applicants from a non-European Union country.
  • Have a household that does not pay taxes within the EU.
  • Be admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s program at Sciences Po.

Not Eligible:

  • Swiss and Norwegian applicants (as they may qualify for CROUS scholarships).

Benefits of Sciences Po Émile Boutmy Scholarship
Bachelor’s Degree Programme
  • Full tuition exemption or a €9,500 reduction in tuition fees.
  • Renewable automatically if the student continues to the Master’s level at Sciences Po.
Master’s Degree Programme
